British Columbia Haven

A builder and developer required interior architecture, interior design and all specifications for this superb model home. Located on the side of a mountain overlooking the Okanagan Valley, the home overcomes specific site challenges to take full advantage of the sweeping panoramic views. The vertical solution included an entry on the top floor, featuring a sleek glass balustrade surrounding the two-story opening, descending into the living and dining areas below. The home’s transitional style has beautiful architectural elements and patios on each level. Earth tones and textures prevail in the kitchen, and the palette of blues and greens throughout the home offers a subtle reference to local pine covered hillsides and clear Canadian skies. An elevated destination.
