Creating a new look that complemented the existing decor — without construction modifications — was the catalyst for this redesign in The Vintage Club. Aficionados of Asian art and antiquities, the couple requested that the sitting area be designed around an original wall panel. The redesign included reupholstering existing side chairs in a Jim Thompson fabric, which were then repurposed in the sitting room. These were juxtaposed with new sofas in Glant fabric, new coffee tables, and window treatments made from “Jim’s Dream” fabric by Jim Thompson. Outdoor furniture is Brown Jordan.
